My landmark Untappd check-ins

Posted in Craft Beer by Third Rail Beer on June 27, 2012

I reached 500 unique beer check-ins on Untappd yesterday, and needless to say I am very excited about this accomplishment.

In honor of this occasion, here’s a rundown of the beers that were consumed at various milestones:

#1) Anderson Valley Brewing Co. Hop Ottin’ IPA at home in New York, NY, on April 28, 2011
#25)  Ommegang Three Philosophers at Brinkley’s in New York, NY, on June 10, 2011
#50)  Sierra Nevada Southern Hemisphere Harvest Fresh Hop Ale at The Pony Bar in New York, NY, on July 15, 2011
#100)  Captain Lawrence Captain’s Reserve Imperial IPA at home in New York, NY, on September 2, 2011
#200)  Stevens Point Brewery 2012 Black Ale at Bleecker Heights Tavern in New York, NY, on December 22, 2011
#300) Captain Lawrence Pleasantville Smoked Porter at Jimmy’s #43 in New York, NY, on March 15, 2012
#400) Deschutes Hop Henge Experimental IPA at The Freakin’ Frog in Las Vegas, NV on May 20, 2012
#500) Widmer Brothers Rotator Series: Shaddock IPA at Taproom307 in New York, NY, on June 26, 2012

All in a hard day’s work.
